FINAL PREPARATIONS FOR THE COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS OF THE RESERVE MARKET
Last 28 September 2023, the DOE published Department Circular DOE DC2023-09-0026, “Declaring the Commercial Operations of the Reserve Market and Providing Further Policies”.
The DOE has directed IEMOP to coordinate with the System Operator and AS Providers in conducting the Final Preparations Stage until 25 December 2023.
The DOE also prescribed that the Full Commercial Operations of the Reserve Market should start on 26 December 2023.

Live Parallel Operations shall make use of IEMOP’s MMS Trial Environment.
ONLY REGISTERED AS PROVIDERS shall have access to the MMS-MPI Trial Site for submission of offers and extraction of market results. To add, only the registered AS Facilities’ capacities are reflected in the MMS Trial Environment.
