The Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP), as the market operator of the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), gives notice that the San Miguel Corporation (SMC) has notice to IEMOP that it shall deregister Bacolod Brewery facility from its portfolio. SMC remains to be registered WESM member as it has other WESM-registered facility.
IEMOP has confirmed the deregistration of the Bacolod Brewery facility to be effective on 26 March 2025. This notice is being issued pursuant to WESM Rules clause 2.6.3.
