Legal Manager

Educational Attainment: 

• The Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree major in Legal/Law studies.
• Certification in Data Protection is preferred.

Work Experience: 

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Data Privacy and Legal Compliance.

Job Description:  

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and agile to the changing demands of the job.
• Responsible for providing general legal and corporate governance advice and support to business units.
• Represents the corporation before all courts and government agencies.
• Provides support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary and assists in the supervision of the Corporate Management Specialist.
