Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or any equivalent program
- Provides IT systems, technical services, and customer support
- Conducts and assists in executing both hardware and software periodic maintenance, diagnosis, checking, and installation
- Maintains Data Center cleanliness and orderliness
- Secures and disposes of IT resources
- Responds to IT emergency events and perform disaster recovery tasks
- Provides ideas for IT plans and improvement of business processes
