The Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP), as the market operator of the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), gives notice that Solvre, Inc. (SOLVRERES) that it shall cease its membership in the WESM as Direct Member – Retail Electricity Supplier.

 

IEMOP has confirmed the cessation of Solvre, Inc. (SOLVRERES)  WESM membership to be effective on 5 May 2022.  This notice is being issued pursuant to WESM Rules clause 2.6.3.

NOTICE OF CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE WHOLESALE ELECTRICITY SPOT MARKET – BATANGAS CITY WATER DISTRICT

The Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP), as the market operator of the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), gives notice that Batangas City Water District (BCWD) has notified IEMOP through its Direct Member counterparty, Therma Luzon, Inc. on 26 January 2022 that it shall cease its membership in the WESM as Indirect WESM Member – Directly Connected Customer Category .

IEMOP has confirmed the cessation of the Batangas City Water District ’s WESM membership to be effective upon the successful switch of Prime Water Infrastructure Corporation (PWIC) covering relevant metering facilities.  This notice is being issued pursuant to WESM Rules clause 2.6.3.
